Veteran-Owned.

Family-Operated.

Mission-Focused.

We are a local, father-son team

dedicated to judgment-free

garage rescue and junk removal in

Harris County.

The Story

Junk Bunnies wasn’t born in a corporate boardroom; it began at our dinner table right here in Hamilton. After a 20-year military career spanning both the Marine Corps and the Army, I wanted to build more than just a business; I wanted to build a legacy with my son, Michael. We saw a gap in our community: homeowners were stuck choosing between expensive moving companies or the risk of a random 'guy with a truck.' We created Junk Bunnies to bridge that gap. We are the premium choice for families who need a fresh start and demand the safety, reliability, and respect that comes with a veteran-owned business.

Our Approach

We are a local father-son team committed to serving our neighbors with the same dedication we gave to serving our country. We founded this company to offer "Option B"—a professional, safe, and reliable alternative to the typical "guy with a truck."

When you hire us, you aren't just getting junk removed; you are getting a disciplined, judgment-free crew that respects your home, your time, and your property.

Sean Outman

Owner-Operator

U.S. Army / Marine Corps Veteran. After a career of service in both the Marine Corps and the Army, I retired with a simple goal: to build a legacy of service right here at home. As a Silver Star recipient, I understand that trust is earned through action, not words. I apply that same standard to Junk Bunnies. Whether we are clearing out a garage or handling a sensitive estate cleanout, I ensure every job is executed with military precision, safety, and absolute integrity.

Michael Outman

Co-Founder & Business Management Student I started this business with my dad to build something real. At 19, I am balancing my role as an Owner-Operator with my studies as a Business Management major. I run the daily logistics and field operations with the energy and drive to get the job done right. I am proud to work alongside my father, learning the values of hard work and leadership while providing a top-tier service to our community.
